What weatherproof paint is used on outside ramps? We use coats of 5 year weatherproof paint that can be purchased in most DIY stores. Please do ask if you would like us to provide links so you can top up paint in future years.
What is the cost for delivering 50 miles outside of Oxford? Because we build and install the ramp for you, we have to cover our time and fuel for delivery. We charge 40p per mile outside 50 miles of Oxford.
If I need to cancel my order, what is the refund policy? We will refund 90% of the value of the order to cover the costs incurred to us as all items are built to order.
Once I have placed an order, what are the next steps? We will message or phone you to confirm your order. If you are ordering a ramp that needs to be installed, we will request photos and more information about access and convenient delivery dates. It is important that we know if the ramp is being built on grass or hard standing and if you have any special requirements.
What are the payment options and can we pay a deposit and the full balance on installation? You can pay for the ramp in two instalments of 50% when you pay by Bank Transfer only (This option is in the Basket section on the website). If you choose to pay by PAYPAL, you will not have this option.
